Our chef, Jérôme DESPERAK, and his Brigade have created different dishes that combine tradition, authenticity and modernity. Starting with our homemade foie gras and onion confit, frog legs with parsley, beef fillet and sweetbreads with morels... and many others!
We also offer two “Signature” menus:
The “Tradition”, with among other things a piece of beef, a market fish or a candied lamb shank.
The “Gastronomic”, with among others a duck breast with honey, a fillet of veal confit or a fillet of red mullet with bisque sauce.
Our establishment does not exclude anyone and offers a Vegetarian menu with a choice of two starters, two main courses and two desserts.
Succumb to our Veggie Burger and its cheddar or to our breaded Emmental wheat strips!
For our youngest customers, we have created a special menu with a choice of: nuggets, burger or minced steak.
